90-Day Preconception Program with Onyx Acupuncture

As a preconception and fertility specialist, I am committed to helping women achieve healthy, happy pregnancies through natural conception, IVF, or IUI. Over the past five years, I’ve had the privilege of assisting more than 100 women on their journeys to motherhood. Why a 90-Day Program?

The 90-day length of this program is designed to align with the egg maturation process, which takes approximately three months. During this time, we work to enhance egg quality, balance hormones, and prepare your body for conception. While pregnancy during this window is not guaranteed, many women do conceive during or shortly after the program. The primary goal is to optimize your fertility and create a healthy, supportive environment for a future pregnancy.

Even if you’re a young, healthy, regularly menstruating woman with no known fertility issues, this program can still be immensely beneficial. Fertility optimization enhances hormone health, boosts your chances of an easy conception, reduces pregnancy symptoms, and supports the birth of a healthy baby.

What’s Included in the 90-Day Program?

This program is tailored to your unique fertility journey and includes:

  • Initial Acupuncture Consultation (90 minutes): A detailed assessment to explore your personal health, Chinese medicine imbalances, and fertility needs.

  • 11 Follow-Up Acupuncture Sessions (60 minutes each): Focused on maintaining balance, promoting blood flow, and supporting your individual reproductive health.

  • Personalized Food and Recipe Guidebook: A curated book of nourishing foods and recipes designed to enhance fertility.

  • DUTCH Hormone Test: A comprehensive hormone assessment that guides the creation of your personalized herbal and supplement protocol.
    Note: To participate, you must have a regular cycle of 26-35 days.

  • BBT Charting and Ovulation Tracking: I’ll teach you how to track your ovulation through basal body temperature (BBT) charting, either with a traditional thermometer or an advanced tracking device. This allows us to closely monitor your cycle, ensuring we understand your ovulation patterns and fertility windows. I will guide you in reading your cycle charts to identify what is happening at each stage of your menstrual cycle and offer insights into any imbalances or areas for improvement.

  • Herbal and Supplement Protocol: Based on the DUTCH hormone test results, I’ll create a customized plan of herbs and supplements to support your fertility and overall hormone balance.

  • Unlimited Coaching Support: Access me anytime through a private Instagram broadcast channel where you can ask questions, receive ongoing guidance, and stay connected.
